Temperature sensor SMT172 Product Description:
Low power consumption digital temperature sensor
Temperature range: -45°C to 130°C
Wide supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V (typ) 3.3V
High precision: ±0.25°C (-10°C to 100°C); ±0.1°C (-20°C to 60°C) package
The SMT172 has an overall accuracy of 0.1 °C over the -20 °C to +60 °C range and an accuracy of 0.4 °C over the -45 to +130 °C range. This makes the sensor particularly useful in all applications where human body conditions need to be controlled (climate control, food processing, etc.).
The sensor's CMOS output can drive cables up to 20 meters long. This makes the SMT172 very useful in remote sensing and control applications. Waterproof function IP67.
